The one thing that got to me about Shout Magazine that insulted me just a little bit, was that the people who wrote it basically just assumed that all teenagers were the same, and so wrote about shallow things like how 'buff' and 'hot' boys are, while encouraging people to wear make-up. Not all girl teenagers are like that and, quite frankly, that basically put me off the magazine just a little bit. Not all girls care about make-up and clothes.

Shout magazine is generally a fun and and interesting teenage magazine, with articles about the usual things: boys, style, real life, etc.It encourages readers to participate in helping prevent Global Warming, by recycling etc. It makes you laugh, from all of the embarrassing moments that readers write in. They give you great ideas on the latest trends that don't even cost much.
