General Comments

The Warehouse Project's current home underneath Piccadilly train station is exactly what a music venue should be. The venue is split into various areas for the main acts, smaller acts and a chillout area. The sound is always ground trembling and the visuals and lighting installations have been second to none. The interior of the building hasn't been styled much, it looks like and underground car park and in my opinion is better for it. Drinks aren't cheap but they sell cans instead of draught which makes serving quicker, so less queueing. Not the best for people who like a nice pint of bitter or draught lager but it's not what the venue is about. The toilets are portaloo's and their urinal equivalent. They aren't what you'd expect to find in a nightclub but they serve their purpose.

What makes the Warehouse Project special isn't just the venue itself, it's the acts they get to play there. It can read like a who's who of music loved by both clubbers and critics.
