General Comments

Be Sanctuary Spa Takashimaya Shopping Centre are extremely pushy and the treatment is ineffective, doesn't solve your problems at all. The manager like to point out the faults of your face before proceeding to recommending you to upgrade to another facial by deducting another visit from your package. When I refused, the manager tore away the tissue the beautician placed on my eyes and put her hand on me to psycho me futher. However I continued to refuse and she proceeded to recommend me massage packages.

Upon finishing my facial, another lady will try to psycho you into buying another package, $50 per facial. When I refused, she offered me $30 per facial.

I'm really very doubtful about the quality of the facial especially since the price is not fixed at all.

When I returned home, I realise the beautician did not extract out the clogged pores near my cheek at all. BAD service.
