Bad Points

How can a company as good as M&S get it so wrong, i will not be using this service again.


General Comments

Ordered a hamper for my brother as a surprise for Christmas from M&S as we were going abroad, order accepted for delivery on 20th December , this never arrived , bill arrived in January which was paid, only just found out that the goods never arrived, my poor brother didn't like to offend me wondering why he hadn't received a present as usual so never mentioned it until a chance conversation asking if he'd liked the Cheese and Port we sent him !!
