Rigby and Peller Review

I've found it impossible to redeem my internet gift voucher at Rigby and Peller. The system is completely inflexible. The staff would only fit me for garments that aren't available on the internet (I'm pregnant and needed bridal underwear and had been given an internet voucher) and you cannot redeem an internet voucher in the shop. Can't get hold of customer services to find out if there's anything I can do.

I thought the staff seemed quite disdainful when they discovered I had a voucher and I left the shop in tears. Good point was seemed to know my size by sight which was impressive. Seemed to be very little choice, was told there was nothing but a basque I could wear. Assistant I dealt with appeared very brusque. I felt like I should take what I was given and like it.
