Good Points

Everything!!


Bad Points

Only bad point was that I have had to board the aircraft using steps in the rain a few times, but if people used their common sense and waited on the bus and walked on a few at a time - its not Jet2.com's fault over a hundred people ran off the bus at once and ended up queing in the rain.


General Comments

I'm a frequent flyer, I have used many 'outstanding airlines' but Jet2.com really does seem to be one of the best. Everything from check in to the pilots were great. Jet2.com self handle at Leeds Bradford and the check in staff are friendly, they are well presented and look like they are having fun. Jet2.com's aircraft arn't the newest but i've flown on much tattier. Leather seats with generous legroom, I dont know why people complain about Jet2.com's legroom as I am 6ft3 and I find the seats more than adequate. In fact I asked a crew member the seat pitch (32") and I can tell you I have been more cramped. However the highlight of Jet2.com is the cabin crew. They are fantastic, they all seem to love their job, out of the 23 times I have flown with Jet2.com I have never seen a miserable or snotty member of crew. They look immacualte with a really really neat uniform. Nothing is too much trouble they are an asset to the airline. Unlike some airlines I have confidence that Jet2.com crew would actually be able to assist should an emergency arise and yes, unlike others, you can actually understand what they say!! Never had a flight where the pilots haven't come on the tannoy, very informative and reassuring. Lots of people on here seem to be complaining about the website/booking fees etc, well have a look at other website, atleast Jet2.com dont charge you £20 od pounds just to check in!! I really couldnt reccomend Jet2.com enough. Cheapest I have paid was £19.98 for a return day trip to Paris (BARGAIN!!) and the most expensive was £280 for a return flight to Egypt which i'm taking in a few weeks.
