Nice selection of cat carriers,if there not cracked!
Bad Points
When it comes to geting a refund,they dont know what their doing,
General Comments
Having dealt with Pets at home online store,I am amazed that this company is still going
Ordered 2 cat carriers.Received within time stated.Had to return one as cracked.That also no problem,they sent out a courier.
Asked for a replacement,that was okay.Waited a few days,phoned them up,got told I had to reorder via the website.
New carrier turned up,but still no refund into my account,which they said would automatically happen when I reordered!
