The insurance was easy to attain. It has taken Tesco Travel Insurance 7 weeks to be refuse my claim of lost spectacles. After numerous phone calls and 2 letters. i had been told that i would rec a checque in the post this week
.today i am told that the claim has been refused....
in my opinion I have been dealt with unproffessionally and incompetently.
