I have recently received the new details of my dog's Marks and Spencer Insurance Premium, in two years it has gone up from £.9.99 per month to £26.00.
The Insurance runs out in April, and on reading the policy ( I am about to make a claim), if my dog needs further treatment for the same condition in the new period on insurance I will have to pay another excess of £.70.00.p I am totally disgusted, and once I have checked that they have received my claim, I will inform not be renewing. I just hope this doesn't effect the payment due to me.
