Good Points

None, customer service is appaling, no one will answer your questions, in fact I was told everyone was off ill so there was no one I could speak too!


Bad Points

Customer service, Don;t expect the Birmingham branch to do anything they have trouble answering basic questions or following basic instructions such as what number to contact you on.
They are fast to sell you something, but slow to respond, most recomended, not a chance, thats a technical fiddle, they fit the door and then ask you the same day is everything ok, well of course it is, it's only just been fitted, the problems happen later and then they don;t want to know


General Comments

I had a door installed by Anglian Home Improvements in November, the door dropped on it's hinges which caused it to catch the frame. I called customer services who said the earliest someone could come out was in a month ( it only took them two weeks to come a fit the whole door).
Three times I waited in for the engineer to come, three times they never arrived.
