Bad Points

Always liked o2 but i gotta say this run around has lost them a customer when my contract is up the customer service has been a shambles and for a mobile phone company their communication skills could do with a review!


General Comments

My phone broke at the beginning of January I brought it to my local o2 store and they sent it away to be fixed 2 weeks later my dad received a call when i was at work saying id have to pay £70 or it wouldnt be fixed and sent back to be! I went to the store to tell them i was still in warranty as my phone was only 7 months old at the time, the o2 shop then sent my phone back to be fixed stating it was within warranty 2 weeks later i had not heard from the store so i rang and they told me my phone was back, it was in a bag and ready to go when i arrived at the shop, got home. PHONE STILL BROKEN! rang the shop and the manager said ok come down tomorrow and we'll get you a new one, got to the shop "sorry the delivery hasnt come through" come back next week, came back the week after still no delivery try again next week, tried the next week manager not available for 2 weeks and we wont be getting your phone back in is what i was told, so i rang 4 weeks later as i was ill and couldnt phone sooner, i finally spoke to a guy in the shop and he said the manager is busy and ill get him to ring you back in 15 mins, no call back so i rang the shop and the manager had gone home, i finally phoned again this morning at my wits end with a phone that does not work still at the end of march!!! so im going down tomorrow they told me the manager would be in and i will pick up my new phone to be honest i doubt it ive heard it all before!
