General Comments
I've use Chappie for 4 years and been very pleased with it. However in the past few months, the consistency has become horrible and sticky, and our dog, a golden retriever, has difficulty getting his mouth to open while he's eating. By the time he's finished, the dog food is halfway up the wall!

I have found the same thing. I have used Chappie for 15 years on my 2 dogs and the past 2 months, it just sticks in one lump and you cannot cut through it. I have tried to find the manufacturers on the net to pose the question why it has changed, but cannot find a webpage. Can anyone help?
