plenty, the guide sent to me does not inform you how to access your account i then made a phone call to customer service centre and was told to look under insurances having found it i signed in then was told to go to internet explorer i still have not got in to my a/c


General Comments

i put a cheque along with an application form in to my local post office and heard nothing for 3 weeks "panic had i made a terrible mistake" a few days later i received a letter saying they had received the cheque but no application form and included another one to complete so how did they know my address? cards and pins were all sent together along with duplicate letters 2 of everthing!
what a jumble
