Good Points

Can think of any apart from the day they left the house.


Bad Points

Didn't turn up when arranged, not a dolphin Qualified fitter ever entered my home it was all sub-contracted to people who didn't care about what state they left the house in.


General Comments

Avoid dolphin bathrooms like the plague - My Bathroom Started on the 16th June 2008 it was due to take 7-10 days
No it took untill January 2009 before the bathroom was finished but even at that it is still not up to standard.
The plastering is awfull not suitable for painting thats for sure!!!

But the main problem i have is they still have to compensate me for the damage their SUB-CONTRACTED fitters made to my property - They cut my livingroom carpet with a stanley knife and also could not plumb in the bath right that it leaked into my kitchen and the ceiling now needs replaced.

they have agreed to pay for the damage but have been promising to send me the Cheque for almost 3 months.
