service non delivery of items and no response to repeated emails

disgraceful - ten times, lazybone uk responded when i sent email re non delivery, there after there has been little contact - for over a month, no response nothing< this is my mothers money - handling complaints very well is the best way to retain customers- would never ever use this web site again.
