Always connected with reliable equipment, broadband never failed. Orange broadband seems to have very inconsistant connection rates. I personally pay £18 per month for 6.5 meg but never seem to manage to attain more than 1meg at peak time (obviously capped), can get up to 5 meg if I download and browse the net between midnight and 4 in the morning. In my opinion calls centres not equipped to talk proper technical issues, and if the word "cancel" is mentioned you're put straight through to the cancellations department who seem only too happy to let you go rather that deal with your problems.
