Mobilephonecentral have some unbeatable offers. The problem I feel with them is supply can't meet demand ,or, too many customers and not enough resources to deal with the customer numbers.

The product I ordered was a nokia 2600, 300mins, 200 txts, £40 instant cashback and free PS3 with little big planet all on a £30 per month 12 month contract with T-mobile. If you do the maths this is equivalent to £320 over the term of the contract, seeing that a PS3 costs £300 alone this is a very good deal! There have been problems with the order process.

The web site shows "in stock" but when I had given my debit card details and signed up the order showed "awaiting stock". When I tried to ring customer services I could never seem to get through when the phone did not arrive after 3 days. I did get through to customer services after 2 days of calling and phone finally arrived after 14 days, as with other reviews the tracking number was not given on the members log in area of the website, the phone was just left with my neighbour.

My phone deal came with £40 cash back and a playstation 3. After sending my I.D by special delivery (recommended) the playstation did not turn up after 5 days, ("please allow 5 days for delivery" is stated in the websites T&C'S but is subject to availability) The Playstation has still not turned up after a month of waiting. After numerous phone calls of me contacting them, when I get through, the same speech is given, "we are awaiting stock". Credit where credit is due the £40 turned up after 10 days.

Summary and recommendations ;

The website should be clear of stock levels before you log in and should give tracking numbers when dispatched!

Customer services are very difficult to get in touch with . If you do need to contact then the best time I have found is between 10am-11am.

Try to stay away from the free gift offers. This is difficult as the company seems to specialize in this market and have some very good offers.

I think the free gifts will turn up eventually. If you are willing to wait and have some problems to deal with there are some good deals to be had! The ladies in the office are very nice and helpful, when you get through!

The company do seem to try to fulfill their obligations.
