Papadon's review of Dunlop & Donnay 65i

“Very pleased with the Dunlop & Donnay 65i set overall....”

★★★★☆

Good Points
I've been using a set of Howson DJ100 clubs for some time and felt I wanted to move into the graphite shafted clubs to see if it helped. I took to these clubs quickly and found that the heavier heads actually made a difference in my game. The large faced clubs are easy to use and in my case very forgiving and the soft grips are ideal for me.

Bad Points
Had one come free from the head, but not certain if I had some part to play in that by inserting them into my car twisted and not realising it. However it was easy to repair and I'm still using it.

General Comments
Very pleased with the Dunlop & Donnay 65i set overall. Shafts are longer than my Howson clubs were, and this may be what is contributing to my getting more distance from them. The shafts flex a bit more than the steel shafted Howson's, but again I've found no discomfort from this.

Good beginner set, comfortable to use and generally very forgiving.
