Pretty prompt in replying to system emails


Bad Points

I think the site has misleading advertising
In my experience the website does not give accurate dispatch timescales
I think they are unreliable suppliers
Long wait times for goods


General Comments

I thought I'd post to confirm that in my experience the relaunched Zavvi site www.zavvi.co.uk is equally as poor as the older reviews on here. I ordered an item which promised dispatch within 72 hours - when I queried why it hadn't been sent after 7 days, I was told it would be almost a month before it was dispatched due to "supplier issues". I have now cancelled the order. Alongside this, I was sent a £5 discount voucher which suggested I could use it with their current 10% offer to save money - however, their site only allows you to use one offer code and they have since confirmed to me that the two offers could not be used together.
