General Comments
I worked with Absolute Mortgage. Not only were the rates low, but they saved me about 500 dollars right before we went to closing when the title company had made a mistake...my wife and I would of never caught it......they delivered on the rate promised and the fee's did not change....when rates improved one day I was given the lower rate and I didn't even have to call....if you are looking for one of the few honest mortgage companies, I recommend give them a call....I referred several family and friends and not only did they give them the same service I received but discounted each of their fees, which made me and the wife look even better....In my opinion you are missing out going anywhere else.
