Bad Points

planes a little worn around the edges but clean in flight entertainment awful if any at all most of the time the seatback screens did not work be warned bring a book a lot of stops 3 on a return flight from new-zealand the boeing 767 are a little on the small side for long haul


General Comments

when I booked my return flight heathrow to auckland 6 months ahead royal brunei was the cheapest around even though they charged me £100 to take a stopover in brunei but as the months went by other airlines dropped their prices could have gone cathay or air new-zealand for less if I had waited but it may have been a gamble if fares had continued to rise I expected a worse flight having read some of the comments left by other passengers but it was not to bad if a bit cramped. planes on time staff friendly and helpful plenty of drinks provided but not alcoholic meals okay for airline fare. flights pretty busy getting off and on 3 times on the return journey and having to go through security checks each time was a real pain.
