Purchased my LG secret and Carphone Warehouse sent a second hand one with a damaged sim card, I sent it back and several weeks later it returned but with no sim. I phoned up and they arranged to send me a new sim but after waiting over a week I went and bought one from a local store instead.
My LG Secret broke and was repaired then after developed an unrepairable fault and they store are now sending me a Samaung Tocco. I've been waiting for over a month for my Samsung Tocco and have just phoned the store and they still don't have the phone there to send me!
Would not recommend this company!
