Good Points

Size of sofas are perfect for room.


Bad Points

One week after sofas were delivered by FV the material started going saggy. Sofas are only two weeks old now. Material now looks like one of those dogs that has too much skin. When bed is pulled out the end of the bed doesn't touch the floor.


General Comments

Rep came out to look at sofas last week , he said the material going saggy is normal and that the sofa beds are made so the end doesn't touch the floor. I told him the material on sofa we looked at in the shop looked nothing like the way ours do now and he said that is because they are only sat on for a few minutes at a time. These sofas are only two weeks old however I feel that they look well used already.
