Good Points

motorpoint salesman didn't seem too pushy, which was nice.


General Comments

part ex price wasn't that good so i didn't do the deal. next day the salesman rang me to see if i wanted the vehicle and ended up offering me £300 more for my part ex.but from then on the experience got worse.the new vehicle had a few scratches on the bonnet and i was told these would be removed by the day of collection.but on day of collection they were not, so had to wait 30mins for it to be done.they avoided giving me a test drive until the day of collection, so right up to the last minute i wasn't sure how the car drove.the salesman became rude and less interested as the process continued.my appointment was at 2:30 but by 6:00 i had to leave to collect my kids without the new vehicle. now they are saying i have to wait 4 days to collect it. its so frustrating!! also be aware the £86.13 valet,hpi and europlates charge is OPTIONAL. hpi check is only 9.99 with rac.
