Cabin Crew manners.
General Comments
I had the bad idea of flying Iberia recently. The cabin crew are simply the rudest type of people i had the displeasure of meeting. Their costumer skills are bellow any standards. What seems interesting is that when I couplained to the Flight Purser about the way his crew was treating passengers he told me ' If you fly American Airlines it's like this... '. Now the role model in the skies is who can be the rudest!? Their partnership ' One World ' must be one world of bad manners...of course i tried to complain directly but couldn't find where (their contact page is blank) i guess they don't want to hear. Well they might be cheap but surelly they will not see one more cent from me.
