I have been taking Reductil Slimming Pills for 10 weeks now, and have went from 89kg down to 75kg so this pill has really worked for me, my doc prescribed it as I had been trying for ages to get rid of excess weight, I have to say though that I have put in a lot of effort myself also, as I workout at least 5 to 6 times a week and have changed my diet considerably, these pills have been a godsend to me, but I would like to come off them soon as the exercise itself along with the change in my diet will be enough to lose more weight and maintain it in the future, would recommend as a kickstart, but not a solution. Really curbs appetite, gives more energy, gives a real kickstart to losing weight. Bad points are disturbs sleep patterns, can feel a bit wired
