+Great accuracy: Every shot goes were you point it, only human error in the shots. From 40m you can get pellet on pellet shots if you support the gun on a table, go prone etc.
+Penetrating power: Goes through 4 fence panels and flies into the distance,
+Quality of build: Cannot be described, must see for yourself how well made the weapon is, over 10,000 shots fired by myself and no rattles or problems,
+Looks: Mine is different from the picture shown and has the break barrel mechanism concealed behind the wood, and it resembles a M40A3 sniper rifle when equipped with a scope
Bad Points
-The break barrel mechanism is so well made that for the first 100 shots to close up the barrel takes a little momentum but definatly no big problem
General Comments
The Weihrauch HW 99s is an awesome gun. Close range, long range, targets, hunting you name it and this gun does it better than any of my other air rifles. I have shot many birds and the only problem with this gun for hunting is that the spring makes a large 'crack' sound when you fire and that usually scares a few birds away. The recoil can also cause your aim to vary if you dont support the gun (ie. letting it rest on a table when shooting with no hand below the forestock) as it has low recoil when shouldered normally, but if you rest it on a solid bench etc it shakes a lot and jarrs into your shoulder a tiny bit which is enough to wobble your aim. Seriously consider this gun, as it is greatly underestimated. Huge power and accuracy. Best buy and investment of money and time ever. BUY IT!!
