The Interflora website is enticing, the order process was simple.
I spent over £100 ordering online for Mothers Day, I placed the order on the 10th March (in good time) to be delivered on the 22nd March for Mothers Day.
No Delivery, No Phone Call, No Email even though I had provided contact numbers for my Mother and myself. I called Interflora who acknowledged they had the order and the "florist" had accepted the order. That is all the information they had and could not tell me why it wasnt delivered.
My Mother thinks I have forgotten, I am going to have to make it up to her but every Mother looks forward to their special day and Interflora totally ruined it.
