some of the equipment are up to the standard

overcrowded gym and does not really care about customer feedback.
General Comments
Unfortunately , virgin active has departed from the whole philosophy of holmes place and instead is following into the foot steps of fitness first ie they will do anything to recruit more members despite an overcrowded gym. The clapham branch is the proof of it. They charge you a fortune and yet you have to wait to use the machine.Forget about using this gym from 7pm or even on a saturday morning.
