General Comments
I have been with sky for years, i had to ask to cancel to my account before they would offer me a deal on a sky+ box. I was given it for £50 even though it was offered to new customer for free. That aside i really like sky services. Its so easy to use and the customer services are good even if it take a while to get through. I have never had an issue with any of my boxes nor the signal. They did call me once to try and sign me up for free weekend calls and free internet, when i agreed i was passed over to someone else who took my details and then said i was not able to get the free internet in my area but if i wanted i could pay £15 a month for the internet. Em No. But all in all i am happy with sky.

I had the same upgrade difficulty with "Virgin" so I think that all these big companies are the same - (see my review) - to be fair would you give somebody something until they asked for it?
As for the "Sky" Internet, you do need to be in a "Sky" equiped exchange area. Luckily I am - and I cannot fault them on their speeds so far. If you are not in a "Sky" equiped exchange area then "Sky" sub the service through "BT Openreach" which as of March 09 is £17.00 monthly for 2 Mb (as opposed to Sky's own £5.00 monthly for up to 10 Mb) .
