Great prices; great customer service.

None that I know of.

I am not really familiar with jewelry, so I can't comment too much on quality, but everything has certainly looked wonderful. Two main things I would like to mention: I returned two items to Gems TV, and was worried that they would be sent back to me because I sent them a few days after the 30 day period; however, I was given a refund right away despite that. Second, I wanted to buy a particular jewelry box they had, and sent an e-mail asking if there were any left. Unfortunately, they had sold out. I managed to get a few days later; that same day, I was surprised by a phone call from Gems TV, letting me know that they had a few in stock due to canceled orders. It was very thoughtful of them; I couldn't believe they went to that trouble.
