My boyfriend booked an activity superstore massage for my birthday in July. Sent off the form to gain my voucher straight away.

After a month I still hadn't received anything from them and decided to give them a call. After spending 20 minutes in a queue I finally got through to someone who tells me that they sent it out 2 weeks a go and should have received it. They promised to send another through the post.

A month after this (September) I still hadn't received it. Gave them another call (and yes queued again!) to chase it up. Turned out they'd recorded the wrong address, even though I checked with them the first time I called.

Finally I received my voucher at the beginning of November. The was voucher due to expire beginning of December so they promised to make a note by it to say that I could redeem in in the new year.

February I decide to book my massage, and phone up the supplier. I was on the phone for 40 minutes in a queue, so gave up to try again later. Tried again - waited 55 minutes in a queue only be hung up on. Finally got through only to be told that if they've extended it I would have received a letter through the post. hmmm....

Back to activity superstore I go. More queues... nope they've got nothing on their system to say that it's been extended (surprise surprise!) and after waiting for them to get permission from the manager finally agree to send a letter.... still waiting for it to arrive....

So who knows if I'm ever going to get my massage but sure feel as though I need one after the stress they've out me through!!!
