The Marbles Credit Card feels to me like the most poorly administered card I have ever used. Despite telling them every time I go abroad, the card never seems to work and I find myself having to ring them again to get them to switch it on at great expense to myself. They recently sent me a new Mastercard to replace the old card which had not expired without appearing to ask me. When my direct debit failed due to the number changing, they appeared to charge me £12. I have paid it off in full and will never use it again.
