My son bought me a shoot for my Birthday. The makeup and photos were nice but I never received the ones paid for. They told me they had lost them and offered me another shoot. I went the photos were not as good and they were pressuring me to buy more. Again I never received any photos so two trips made from Suffolk and two wasted days. They never replied to any emails and just fobbed me off on the phone. I just gave up in the end.( London Salon)
