General Comments

I received a letter from the SIA,stating that they were sending some important documents of mine through ,secure mail,letter dated 13/03/2009.When I phoned up the Secure mail service on the Monday ,they informed me that I will be getting my pack on the 18/03/09,Wednesday between 9 and 5,however could not confirm the time ,as I wasnt sent back the pack using the premium service.If one goes for the premium service,they will tell you the exact time the parcel comes.All clients have the option of changing their delivery to premium !!!!.
I instructed the customer care advisor to ask the driver or whosoever who delivers the parcel to press the buzzer for my flat, as I stay in a secure group of flats
.The whole day of 18/03/2009,I was kept waiting for the service and none arrived.When I finally called them 9SECURE MAIL SERVICE) at 5.00,the reply i get is that the driver had come to the building but ,as the buzzer did not work ,he could not deliver the parcel!!!!.
How strange as I myself had checked that the buzzer works perfectly and the care taker of the building himself told me that ,infact ,there was nothing worng with any of the buzzers in any of our flats.
So I was asked to wait for my parcel on the 19 th,Thursday,after,this incident and again history repeats itself!!!
Nobody presses the buzzer,inspite of me waiting the whole day on thursday and when I call the office,the report I receive is that my buzzer was still not working!!!!
I had the very same experience today ,the 20 of March,MY 3 rd day of waiting ,inspite of even giving my mobile number to the customer advisor of secure mail service,in case the driver delivering the parcel doesnt know how to use a buzzer!!!!

.So it has turned out that this has been an ongoing piece of fabricated stories by someone or many people who are supposed to be reputed for giving the 'best service'
Possibly ,just one of their tricks to make me take their premium service,which costs hundreds of pounds and make money. Very Very disappointing so called great great service!!!!
