General Comments

We have booked and payed for a flight to Venice from Prague. However, two weeks before our trip, Sky Europe have advised us that our return flight has been cancelled, and gave us two options- a) take a return flight on another day or b) get a full refund. WE chose the refund option, as the dates did not suit us. At first it was quite difficult to get hold of somebody in charge of repaying our tickets, which it turns out was their financial department. To make a long story short, it took them almost 3 months to give us our money back, and only after we have called them every day for the last two weeks and demanded our money, as well threatening them with a lawsuit. Horrible experience and even worse customer support representatives!
