didn't get us the room we had booked. we booked a sea view room in barbados, we wanted to look out at the turquoise blue ocean. when we got there we didn't have that we had an island view. We arranged our sea view room a whole year before but first choice were not allocated the seaview rooms from the hotel, and they failed to inform us of this fact. in my opinion they did nothing to help us when there, they offered no apology when returning and we are still waiting for a refund for what extra we paid. I will never book with them again. i feel they ruined our holiday
