Good Points

In my experience Clogau Gold items are absolutely beautiful, well designed and crafted.
I ordered my second item over the phone and the young lady who took my call was very helpful, pleasant and polite.


Bad Points

For me there have been no bad points.


General Comments

I looked on the Clogau website to browse the products before making my choice, I found the website very clear and easy to use and the pictures of the articles give a good idea of how they look. I found however that the items I have look even better in reality.
I decided to speak to one of their customer services team before making a final choice and found their explanations excellent.
