In my opinion each so called accredited repair centre from phons4u, Carphone Warehouse and Vodaphone have repair centres that seem to be in cahoots with each other, hence always same excuse (liquid damage or dropped, or physical damage, and as phones4u customer service person said to me, "It could be a combination of all 3 lol. My Samsung phone charger came away from main board in phone over a period of time, and that's all that's it. Nothing they can do!! Poor. Buy your phones from Tesco in Future. They don't seem to mess you about and have a fabulous customer service.
