Good Points

They were competitive when I first took out car insurance with them.


Bad Points

Costs have soared even though I've never claimed in all the years I've been with them ( 10+ years )


General Comments

I am currently with Privilege and I am getting a new car next week, called them up to let them know, and spoke to a very nice lady who told me my payments would rocket up to £75 per month, ( about £900 per year ) I'm 50 by the way, just looked at compare.com and privilege can provide the cover for £475 for a new customer. I don't like this at all, after all the years I've been with them it turns out you don't get rewarded for being a loyal customer. I won't be renewing with them next time.
