paper work and cover note was fast to arrive


General Comments

My insurance details were incorrect when arrived from Swinton Car Insurance(car spec, colour, value etc) when i phoned them to correct the details they were going to charge over £200 more the originaly quoted and more than id been quoted else where. I cancelled within the 14day cancellation period and not only did they keep the £28 deposit but charged me £45 to cancel. PLUS i questioned the paper work that was sent to me once i had cancelled and sent a copy back to them. THIER HEAD OFFICE DIDNT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE DETAILS OF THE DOCUMENT WERE. GO else where because this lot have no idear what their doing.
