13 hour delay


General Comments

Upon checking in for our EasyJet flight, we were told we had a 3 hour delay, and given a voucher for a cup of coffee and a croissant. That was the last communication we had from easyjet until our flight took off at 4am, a whole 13 hours delay. No refreshment vouchers, despite requests (and despite this being a legal requirement too...) and not even an announcement to tell us when we'd take off.

Even worse was their customer service , and after 5 complaint emails/letters they won't even refund us for the money we had to spend on food and water, as the only food kiosk in the airport didn't give out receipts.
