General Comments

car broke down in spain on third day of 3 month stay.Rang for help as per my Prudential policy.Reply was in spanish but they gave me English contact in U.K.Very helpful and car was moved to local garage within 2 hrs.Garage was Main agent but totally useless, and Green Flag Breakdown Cover repatriated car to my own repairer in U.K. within hours.Also offered Hotel and car hire for 2 weeks,but this was not needed.Also gave me follow up calls for about a week to see if I was O.K. They flew us home at end of trip 10 weeks later. Absolutely Excellent service, far in excess of anything imagined.

    I found this review helpful because...when breakdown cover comes up for renewal I would definitely consider Green Flag.

    Just to add to that, I too have this breakdown as part of my insurance and it's good to see this given that AA previously gave me such a hard time when I broke down once...and they're supposed to be good !
