Great until you need help
Bad Points
Support is rubbish and tied into their upgrade system
General Comments
To add an Access database tot he site we were told bye 1and1.co.uk we had to move to another server - OK so we upgraded the package. Big Mistake! The web site immediately goes down - no bookings -no traffic and no help from the support team. If you use these guys you are operatinf at the base level. You get what you pay for. My advice - shop elswhere.
