I booked a last minute February Holiday for myself and my girlfriend in
February after finding Freedom Direct Holidays Limited via google.
We found a fantastic All Inclusive deal in a four star hotel in Gran Canaria. Before booking i did the usually googling to find out more about the company and hotel, and give or take a few bad reviews the majority were positive.
So I booked the works with them - airport parking, flights and transfers. The site was easy to use and the booking process was simple, a few minutes later and i received emails confirming my booking and various elements.
A few days later I contacted their customer services department to discuss my luggage allowance, as I'm a diver and wanted to take my gear with me. They were very helpful and I didn't incur any additional charges which was great!
The holiday was great and went smoothly, the hotel met and exceeded expectations and Freedom's rating in my opinion.
I have recommended them to friends and family and will be booking with them again in the future!
