Bad Points

Site is incredibly slow, especially once you have logged in to do some work. Everything in the back end is named ambiguously and the site search only returns results for domain names. The free templates are a joke, they're just one page photosop files without the different layers! Cancelling for me was difficult (have a read around the net) I've opened a technical support ticket as they as for cancellation but the tickets been open for 2 weeks now and they've just charged me another £40 this morning for another month.


General Comments

Heart Internet looks so attractive and seems to offer so many useful functions and tools at a great price. However, as always you get what you pay for, and what you get is painfully slow and cumbersome. Have moved all of my sites over to Kunar Pages now and their control panel is fast as lightning and less than half the price. I would say try it for free if you feel you will be able to cancel it before the end of the trial.
