We flew in January to Fuerteventura from Gatwick with 2 young children. I was very concerned after all these reveiws. Thankfully was very pleasantly suprised at the wonderful service we received. Check-in didn't have any queues, straight through security for shopping. Once on board were looked after very well. Will definitley use Thomas Cook again. Fantastic staff at customer service desk at the airport, couldn't have done more for us. Crew on board very friendly, plane was comfortable and food was nice.
