unprofessional, time wasting very expensive and much more!!

please please please do not use martin and co they are very unprofessional and dont give u a direct answer to a question!!! my problem was i was living in a new apartment for 1 year and ive got 2 bathrooms woke up 1 day got 2 purple patches under the sinks no where else so called them let them no what had happend sent site manegar out he dint no what it was but he said the vinyl had not been seeled proply so m&c sent out the company hu fitted the floor they come out said it mold due to saturated water and now they making me pay for both vinyls called a few companys they said i shud not pay for the floor as its not been seeled proply and the company that fitted the floor will not admit that they dint fit the floor proply as they will have to pay!!! any way my first property i rented put me off completely no more renting for me!!! please do not use them m&c argue with u if u dont agree with them they never give u straight answer to any question!! so if u want a hard tym use them!!!
