Good Points
Very enthusiastic, and quite comprehensive.
Bad Points
The review, as stated, was based on first impressions. Would be much better to review after 3++ mopnths of ownership, when the novelty and enthusiasm has died down, in order to give a more impartial assessment.
General Comments
Some drivers find the standard 225/45/17 inch wheels on the firms SRi suspension too hard, bumpy and noisey. Personally I find them (on my own Vauxhall Zafira 1.9 Cdti Sri 150) just about right, although with active suspension (optional extra) they are a bit too firm/bumpy for normal driving - which isn't a problem as I only use this in sport mode for occasional driving. However, the review makes no reflection on the comfort of driving with the uprated 225/40/18. Many drivers will find this very low profile set up, on very large wheels, very uncomfortable and very bumpy. 18inch tyres on lower profile 40 ratio are usually much more noisy than 17 inch with 45 profile rating, although the reviewer strangely mentions he has heard the opposite!
