When I found the product I had ordered cheaper on another website, I went to cancel my order but then found Baby security's "Price match guarantee". This guaranteed to refund the difference in price. I emailed the company to tell them and got, in my opinion, a very patronising reply stating that because they delivered by courier they would not refund the difference (although these did not seem to be the terms described on their website). A few more emails and they agreed to send me a cheque for some of the difference. I wish I had gone ahead and cancelled the order and placed the order with the cheaper website, who would probably have been a more pleasant company to deal with.
